Mapo-gu (Mayor Park Gang-su) signed a business agreement with Seoul Seogang Elementary School on the afternoon of December 12 to foster young soccer talents.
The agreement was made with the purpose of revitalizing soccer education at Seogang Elementary School and discovering and nurturing student athletes.
The signing ceremony was attended by Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo-gu, Park Wang-jun, Principal of Seogang Elementary School, officials from the school's physical education department, and soccer team players, adding prestige to the event.
On this day, Mayor Park Gang-su exchanged the signed agreement with Principal Park Wang-jun and took commemorative photos while encouraging the soccer team students.
Mapo-gu expects this agreement to greatly contribute not only to the development of soccer in the local community but also to the improvement of the soccer education environment.
Mayor Park Gang-su of Mapo-gu said, “Mapo-gu will spare no support and encouragement so that the soccer team players can one day play as national representatives at the World Cup Stadium right next to the Mapo-gu Office.”
