Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) held the 'GH Resource Circulation Governance' agreement ceremony and launch event on the 12th at the GH Hanam Project Team conference room to establish a waste treatment and resource circulation system for the Hanam Gyosan Public Housing District (Section 1).
At the agreement ceremony, five specialized resource recovery companies?Korea Climate Environment Network, E-Circulation Governance, Superbin, Olsu, and Joops?participated as partner organizations.

GH and the resource recovery companies agreed to cooperate in the separation and sorting of waste items generated during the development of the Hanam Gyosan Public Housing District for recycling and reuse, free collection of sorted resources, reuse and recycling processing, and provision of resource circulation data.
Kim Se-yong, President of GH, stated, "This agreement is the first step for GH to practice the transition to a resource circulation economy and society, and an important opportunity to realize ESG management and carbon neutrality. We will evaluate the achievements of establishing resource circulation governance through a one-year pilot operation and prepare phased development plans."
