Korea Minting and Security Printing Corporation announced on the 12th that it will conduct the second pre-sale of the "Gold and Silver Desert Commemorative Medals" released to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the launch of "Geomeunsa-mak (Black Desert)".
Geomeunsa-mak is a popular game serviced in 12 languages across 150 countries worldwide. Released in 2014, this game is played as a large-scale multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG). It is characterized by vivid graphics and realistic audio that create a sense of realism.
The medals, available in gold and silver, were first released and pre-sold on October 31. The second batch of medals will be available for additional pre-orders until the 24th.
On the 14th, an offline exhibition and sale will be held at the offline event "Geomeunsa-mak FESTA: 10 Years of Adventure" at Messe in Suwon.

The Minting Corporation designed the commemorative medals featuring the first character of Geomeunsa-mak, the "Warrior," and the "10th Anniversary Logo." The medals incorporate the corporation's special embossing technology to embody the meaning and value of the game's 10th anniversary.
The front side features the "Warrior," the "10th Anniversary Logo," and the phrase "EMBARK ON THE NEXT ADVENTURE." The back side centers on the "10th Anniversary Logo," with "BLACK DESERT," "10TH ANNIVERSARY," and the corporation's hallmark engraved.
The gold medal (99.9% purity, weight 15.55g, diameter 32mm, proof) is a limited edition with only 240 pieces produced. According to the Minting Corporation, it holds high collectible value not only among game users but also the general public.
The silver medal (99.9% purity, weight 31.1g, diameter 40mm, proof) is available for purchase by all pre-order customers without quantity limitation.
The package includes a coupon usable on PC and consoles, allowing buyers to keep it as a collectible and receive a meaningful special game item.
Pre-orders are being accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until the 24th through the Minting Corporation's online mall, Poongsan Hwadongyanghaeng, Hmall, and The Hyundai.com. Prior to this, the actual commemorative medals can be viewed at the "Geomeunsa-mak FESTA" held at Messe in Suwon on the 14th.
