Continuous Efforts to Improve Worker Safety and Working Conditions

Delivery platform Vroong announced on the 12th that it has obtained certification as a small parcel delivery agency for three consecutive years.

A certified small parcel delivery agency refers to a business that directly delivers cargo using two-wheeled vehicles or intermediates such deliveries using information and communication networks. According to the Living Logistics Service Industry Development Act enacted in 2021, certification is granted to companies that provide safe and convenient small parcel delivery agency services.

Vroong first received certification as a small parcel delivery agency from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in 2022, and this year also obtained certification through document evaluation and on-site inspection.

Through its platform, Vroong utilizes big data and AI from order to receipt to provide optimized services by experts, and its provision of an integrated system free of charge earned high scores in the consumer protection sector.
