At 6 p.m. that day, the rally titled "Urging the Passage of the Impeachment Motion in the National Assembly," hosted by the Yoon Suk-yeol Regime Resignation Movement Headquarters, was filled with citizens waving colorful cheering sticks and candlelight LEDs.

Jung Kyu-seok, Secretary General of the Green Alliance, who spoke as the representative speaker, criticized the Presidential Security Service for blocking the police from conducting a search and seizure at the Yongsan Presidential Office.

He said, "The Green Alliance was also subjected to a search and seizure last year," and questioned, "Is it okay for us to be searched but not for them?"

The rally was also held in the form of a cultural event with singer performances, and no significant clashes or incidents occurred.

On the other hand, at 2 p.m. in front of Dongwha Duty Free Shop in Jongno-gu, conservative groups such as the Liberty Unification Party and the National Security Citizens' Coalition held a "National Rally to Eradicate Pro-Ju Sa-pa Anti-State Forces and Protect the Free Republic of Korea."

With an estimated 3,000 attendees according to the organizers and an unofficial police estimate of 700, participants waved the Taegeukgi and the U.S. flag in time with the national anthem and hymns, shouting slogans such as "Arrest Lee Jae-myung," "Punish Moon Jae-in," and "Wake up, People Power Party."

Joo Ok-soon, representative of the Mom Corps, claimed, "There are spies voluntarily parasitizing in the Republic of Korea," and added, "Since spies are rampant, you should clearly understand that President Yoon said martial law is necessary."
