Goyang Special City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Lee Dong-hwan) announced on the 11th that it will conduct preliminary education for successful real estate agents who are newly entering the field to ensure safe lease transactions.

During the certificate issuance period for successful real estate agents (December 11 to December 31), Goyang Special City plans not only to hand over the certificates but also to provide preliminary education for safe lease transactions, encouraging successful candidates preparing to open their own real estate offices to acquire foundational knowledge in advance.

This year, Goyang Special City plans to provide the training materials used for 1,700 newly licensed real estate agents free of charge to the successful candidates, enabling them to study the latest amendments to real estate-related laws in advance.

The training materials were created to be practically useful for successful candidates in their work, and through updated legal information and case studies, it is expected to help create a safer and more transparent real estate transaction market.

A Goyang Special City official stated, “We will strengthen preliminary education for newly licensed real estate agents who are taking their first steps into the real estate market to help them develop expertise as real estate transaction professionals,” adding, “We will do our best to create a safe lease environment where citizens can conduct real estate transactions with peace of mind.”
