Selpas, which operates the IT asset management service for enterprises SMPLY, announced on the 11th that SMPLY has been selected as a Venture Startup Company Product by the Public Procurement Service.
The Public Procurement Service operates a system to designate venture startup company products to promote the entry of startups and venture company products with excellent technology into the public procurement market and secure public purchase channels. After registering these products in Venture Nara, a dedicated product mall for startups and venture companies, they can be promoted and sold to public institutions nationwide. Once designated as a venture startup company product, it is registered in Venture Nara and can be purchased by public institutions at a discounted price.
SMPLY, an IT asset management solution for enterprises’ SaaS and laptops, supports efficient integrated management of IT assets from SaaS subscription management to device management, purchasing, and resale. By enabling IT assets, which were previously managed manually, to be handled more easily and effectively, companies can save manpower and time and also achieve cost reduction effects.
Selpas subscribes to various SaaS in government and public institutions and holds a large number of IT devices, so it believes that more meticulous management can help find and save wasted taxes.
Lee Ji-hoon, CEO of Selpas, said, “With this selection as a venture startup company product, we can now provide SMPLY to domestic public institutions,” adding, “We hope that public institutions, which operate as diverse SaaS and IT devices as companies, will also experience more meticulous management and cost reduction effects through SMPLY.”
