ESTsoft is showing strong performance. Securities firms' analysis that the world's largest IT exhibition, CES2025, starting on January 7 next year, will act as a growth driver seems to be influencing the stock price.

As of 9:53 a.m. on the 11th, ESTsoft is trading at 27,450 KRW, up 15.09% from the previous trading day.

Baek Jong-min, a researcher at Yuanta Securities, explained, "The theme of CES2025 is 'Connect, Solve, Discover: Dive In,' with artificial intelligence (AI) at its core," adding, "In the keynote speech, NVIDIA (NVDA) CEO Jensen Huang is scheduled to introduce AI use cases across industries."

He continued, "Since the launch of ChatGPT, AI software companies have generally tended to outperform the index from the end of the year to the CES event at the beginning of the year," and expressed expectations that "CES2025 will be the optimal venue for ESTsoft to reveal the results of partnership tests related to AI human services."

Researcher Baek stated, "At CES2025, we plan to set up a booth related to PERSO.ai (AI human service) and launch a large-scale marketing campaign," emphasizing, "PERSO.ai has accumulated domestic and international references, including the opening of the Gimhae City AI human-based smart senior center and integration with Microsoft Teams since early this year." He added, "It is understood that various domestic and international partners have recently completed tests for commercialization," and predicted, "Related sales will begin to occur from next year."

Earlier this year, ESTsoft successfully completed testing the integration of the 'Prebuilt AI Human Avatar Video Production App' (AI human video production app) service within Microsoft Teams, which has been promoted with Microsoft headquarters since the second half of last year.

He said, "It is uncertain what form the collaboration will take or when it will be unveiled," but added, "CES2025 is judged to be the optimal venue to disclose partnership results." He forecasted that CES2025 will not be a one-time event but a mid- to long-term growth momentum.

Researcher Baek introduced, "Global leading startups in the AI human market are recording rapid revenue growth and high corporate value," citing "notably the U.S. company Heygen and the U.K. company Synthesia." He emphasized, "Heygen recorded $18 million in sales in 2023 after launching its product in July 2022," and "In June this year, it was recognized with a corporate value of $500 million and successfully raised $60 million in funding."

Additionally, he analyzed, "Synthesia is estimated to generate about $70 million in sales in 2024," and "In November this year, it succeeded in raising $150 million in funding with a corporate value of $2.1 billion."

Researcher Baek also explained, "The AI search service Alan is based on Gpt-4o and linked with zum.com's database to provide the latest news and web-based real-time information," adding, "It is planned to be serviced in connection with ALTools, which has over 25 million users." He predicted, "The AI search service is expected to encroach on Google's search advertising market," and added, "Related companies are assigned high corporate value." He cited, "A representative example is Perplexity, which was recognized with a corporate value of $9 billion in October this year," but noted, "The intensifying competition with Perplexity as well as OpenAI, Google, and Meta entering the AI search market is a risk factor."

ESTsoft officially launched the AI search engine service 'Alan' yesterday. The AI search engine service Alan, which positions itself as an AI agent, was born by combining ESTsoft's advanced conversational LLM service and its subsidiary EastAid's search know-how accumulated over more than 10 years on the portal Zum. Going forward, ESTsoft plans to compete in earnest with Perplexity and SearchGPT as Alan, which has secured competitiveness in the essential function of search, and aims to become a game changer in the domestic and international AI search market. To accurately understand search intents and induce questions in various search environments, multiple LLMs were installed in Alan, including global general-purpose models like GPT and ESTsoft's own LLM technology, which ranked 3rd globally and 1st domestically on the 'Open Ko-LLM Leaderboard.'
