Lotte Construction Selected as 'Community Contribution Recognized Company' for 2 Consecutive Years

Recognized for Contributions to Local Community Service Activities

Lotte Construction announced on the 11th that it has been selected as a recognized community contribution company for two consecutive years in the '2024 Community Contribution Recognition System' evaluation jointly hosted by the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Korea National Council on Social Welfare.

The Community Contribution Recognition System is a program that acknowledges companies and organizations that have consistently engaged in community contribution activities through partnerships with non-profit organizations. The certification evaluation assesses five quantitative indicators including sales revenue, social contribution budget, social contribution programs, number of employee volunteers, and volunteer hours, as well as 25 qualitative indicators across three areas: Environmental Management (E), Social Responsibility (S), and Transparent Management (G).

Lotte Construction expanded and integrally managed organizational social contribution activities and received approval under Evaluation Type 1 (central public institutions, large corporations), which has the most evaluation indicators among the assessment types.

Lotte Construction was recognized for its diverse social contribution activities such as △construction-related facility improvement and repair volunteer work 'Love House of Dreams and Love' △sharing activities providing heating supplies and food to underprivileged groups △employee family volunteer activities △employee participation walking donation volunteer activities.
