Professor Byeon Eun-kyung of Nursing Department at Gyeongnam Jeongbo University Receives Merit Award from Korean Nurses Association Mental Health Nursing Society

Gyeongnam Information University announced on the 10th that Professor Byeon Eun-kyung from the Department of Nursing received a merit award at the 20th anniversary event of the Korean Nurses Association Mental Health Nursing Society held recently at the National Center for Mental Health.

Currently serving as the head of the Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam branch of the Korean Nurses Association Mental Health Nursing Society, Professor Byeon Eun-kyung is active as an advisor and operating committee member for community mental health institutions. She was recognized for her contributions to organizing academic conferences, research grant projects, and community mental health activities.

Professor Byeon Eun-kyung stated, “I will continue to work closely with community mental health-related institutions and facilities to do my best in nurturing future talents who will play active roles as nurses in the community.”
