Polaris Sewon Decides on 10 Billion KRW Third-Party Allocation Paid-in Capital Increase

Polaris Sewon announced on the 10th that it has decided to conduct a third-party allotment paid-in capital increase to raise approximately 10 billion KRW for operating funds. A total of 11,111,112 new common shares will be issued at 900 KRW per share. The third-party allotment recipient is Polaris Office.
