A-Tech Solution announced on the 10th that it will additionally acquire 1.3 million shares of its Thai subsidiary (THAI A-TECH SOLUTION) for approximately 5.5 billion KRW. After the acquisition, the shareholding ratio will be 95.4%. The scheduled date for the stock acquisition is June 9 of next year. A-Tech Solution stated that the purpose of this stock acquisition is to "secure the financial stability of THAI A-TECH SOLUTION."
