Successfully Held with Participation of Local Artists at Yangju City Art Creation Studio
Gyeonggi Yangju City (Mayor Kang Su-hyun) announced on the 10th that it successfully held the '2024 Effective Portfolio Writing Special Lecture' for local artists at the 'Yangju City Art Creation Studio' on the 6th.

This special lecture featured art critic Moonjung Lee as a one-day instructor, who gave a lecture on portfolio writing methods, the overall structure of portfolios, and essential details. It also provided an opportunity to deeply consider how to create effective portfolios for various contests and support projects.
Participants in the special lecture shared their impressions, saying, "It was a practically helpful lecture, and it was a valuable time to learn in detail about things I usually worried about."
A Yangju City official stated, "In 2025, the Yangju City Art Creation Studio plans to operate various programs for the cultural enjoyment of citizens as well as support for artists' creative activities, so we ask for your great interest and participation."
Meanwhile, the 'Yangju City Art Creation Studio' is extending the relay solo exhibition "Before Becoming Ashes" by An Jun-young, the 8th resident artist, until the 14th.
Additionally, having been selected for the DMZ International Documentary Film Festival's 'DMZ Community Screening Support Project,' the documentary film "1923 Kanto Massacre Director's Cut" is scheduled to be screened at 2 p.m. on the 13th.
