According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 9th, temperatures will be low and cold tomorrow morning, especially in the central region and Gyeongsang area, and the air will be very dry mainly in Gangwon Yeongdong and the eastern coast of Gyeongsang.

The whole country will have occasional clouds, and the Chungcheong, Jeolla regions, and Jeju Island will be mostly cloudy. Morning low temperatures will range from -7 to 4 degrees Celsius, similar to the average, and daytime high temperatures will range from 6 to 11 degrees Celsius, above the average.

Morning low temperatures will be -2°C in Seoul, 0°C in Incheon, -3°C in Suwon, -2°C in Cheongju, -6°C in Chuncheon, 1°C in Gangneung, -1°C in Daejeon, -4°C in Andong, 0°C in Daegu, 2°C in Jeonju, 2°C in Pohang, 1°C in Ulsan, 3°C in Busan, 1°C in Changwon, 4°C in Yeosu, 4°C in Mokpo, and 8°C in Jeju.

In northern Gyeonggi, eastern inland areas, Gangwon inland and mountainous areas, Chungbuk, and northern inland Gyeongbuk, morning temperatures will drop below -5°C, and with slightly strong winds, the wind chill will make it feel even colder.

Areas under dry weather warnings, including Gangwon Yeongdong, some parts of southwestern Gangwon Yeongseo, eastern coast of Gyeongbuk, northeastern mountainous areas of Gyeongbuk, Busan, and Ulsan, will experience very dry air until tomorrow. Dry air conditions will also be present in Gangwon Yeongseo, Gyeongsang region, and some parts of the metropolitan area.

Winds will blow slightly strongly, so small sparks could spread into large fires. Caution is required to prevent various fires, including forest fires.

Fine dust levels are expected to be 'Good' to 'Moderate' across all regions due to smooth atmospheric dispersion.

Sea waves will be 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the East Sea nearshore, and 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the West Sea and South Sea nearshore.

Wave heights in the offshore seas (about 200 km from the coastline) are expected to be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the South Sea.
