Handonghun Avoids Answering Questions on Responsible Prime Minister System and Others
On the 7th, Han Dong-hoon, leader of the People Power Party, and Han Duck-soo, Prime Minister, held an emergency meeting and agreed that the party and government would communicate closely to take care of the livelihood economy.
After the 80-minute emergency meeting with the Prime Minister in the afternoon, Leader Han returned to the National Assembly and told reporters he met, "The Prime Minister said he would take care of the situation more carefully and steadily, and ensure that the people do not feel anxious."
Leader Han also urged Prime Minister Han, "Please take care of the livelihood economy and the state affairs more carefully and steadily so that the people do not feel anxious." Director Bang Ki-seon of the Office for Government Policy Coordination and Park Jeong-ha, Secretary to the Party Leader, attended the meeting.

In political circles, there is an interpretation that Leader Han has shifted his position from the impeachment of President Yoon demanded by the opposition parties such as the Democratic Party to the responsible prime minister system.
Right after President Yoon's emergency national address, Leader Han met with reporters and said that early resignation is necessary but added, "I will closely discuss with the Prime Minister about the livelihood situation and important matters to prevent the livelihood from suffering and the external situation from worsening until President Yoon resigns early."
However, when a reporter asked if the responsible prime minister system was discussed, Leader Han avoided answering, saying, "I will stop here."
