Park Doseon, CEO of Godpeople Co., Ltd., a self-sufficiency enterprise in Goyang Special City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Lee Dong-hwan), announced on the 6th that he was selected as a Self-Sufficiency Master at the '2024 Self-Sufficiency Business Expo' held at COEX, Seoul on the 3rd.

The Ministry of Health and Welfare annually selects outstanding individuals who have succeeded in self-sufficiency economically and psychologically through employment and entrepreneurship as Self-Sufficiency Masters. It widely promotes their exemplary achievements and encourages the development and startup promotion of self-sufficiency enterprises.
Park Doseon, CEO of Godpeople Co., Ltd., was recognized for his contribution to the steady increase in sales aimed at stabilizing employment for vulnerable groups and revitalizing the local economy, and was selected as a Self-Sufficiency Master awardee.
Godpeople Co., Ltd. started as a self-sufficiency work group under the Goyang Regional Self-Sufficiency Center and was established as a self-sufficiency enterprise in 2008. It has contributed to the local community through various businesses such as disinfection and facility management within the district. Notably, it was also selected as the Best Self-Sufficiency Enterprise nationwide in 2023.
CEO Park Doseon expressed, “I will continue to work closely with Goyang City and the Goyang Regional Self-Sufficiency Center to strive for the development of self-sufficiency projects.”
