The ‘Youth Talent Market’ is a project jointly conducted by Namyangju City and Kyungbok University Job Plus Center, aiming to build a youth talent network and support employment and entrepreneurship connections.

The target participants are youths aged 19 to 39 residing in Namyangju City, and the fields of participation include art, music, lectures, design, DIY classes, and any other talents. Any young person with diverse talents can apply.

Applications can be submitted both online and offline. Online applications are accepted from the 6th to the 20th by filling out the application form via the QR code on promotional materials. If necessary, applicants will be registered as youth talents through phone or face-to-face interviews. Offline applications will be conducted through face-to-face interviews on the 21st at the 4th floor of the Namyangju Youth Startup Center.

In particular, youths who register as talents offline will receive gifts on a first-come, first-served basis, and surprise gifts will also be given through a raffle.

Additionally, to encourage active participation of youths and to revitalize the Youth Startup Center, the ‘Christmas Youth Festa’ will be held, featuring a flea market by young entrepreneurs and performances by youths.

A Namyangju City official stated, “The ‘Youth Talent Market’ is the first step to support young people in confidently showcasing their talents,” and added, “We encourage everyone to apply actively without hesitation about their talents.”

Namyangju City plans to build a ‘Namyangju-type Youth Talent Platform’ based on the database collected through this project to expand job connection and networking opportunities and support the enhancement of their capabilities.
