'14th "O Gwang Christmas Concert" Held'

Suncheon City, Jeollanam-do (Mayor Nogwan-gyu) announced on the 6th that it will hold the 'Todak Todak 2024, O-Gwang (光) Christmas Concert' at Ocheon Green Square on the 14th from 4 to 7 PM, with the concept of experiencing Christmas in advance.

The 'O-Gwang (光) Christmas Concert' is a Christmas carol concert held for the first time this year, linked with the lighting ceremony of the Ocheon Hill landscape lighting tree within Ocheon Green Square.

A photo zone using lights and Christmas trees will be set up around the stage at Ocheon Green Square. Auxiliary programs include a Santa gift event, a wish booth, caricature experience, and a winter food zone.

This event is expected to be filled with various programs and healing events to share the warm atmosphere of the year-end with citizens who have worked hard throughout the year. It is anticipated that visitors will be able to feel the special atmosphere of Christmas on a winter night and create happy memories at Ocheon Green Square, Suncheon’s representative cultural space.

An official from the city said, “We prepared this event to create a Christmas atmosphere where citizens who have worked hard this year can encourage each other, share warm hearts, and enjoy together,” adding, “We hope that the splendid lights of the Christmas tree will brighten the winter night and that this time will deliver warm and positive energy to the local community.”
