On the same day, at the plenary meeting of the National Assembly's Public Administration and Security Committee, Representative Yang said, "Police Commissioner Jo Ji-ho and Seoul Commissioner Kim Bong-su communicated via mobile phones. This is an urgent matter."

Commissioner Jo responded, "I received instructions regarding the control of the National Assembly via mobile phone from the Martial Law Commander," and Commissioner Kim stated, "I was contacted through the head of the Security Bureau at the headquarters. I also spoke with Commissioner Jo over the phone," adding, "I give orders to the National Assembly Security Captain via radio."

Head Woo replied, "I instructed the Security Investigation Division of the National Police Agency to urgently review what actions need to be taken."
