The Four Major Violence Prevention Training is a legally mandated annual education program designed to establish correct values in the four areas of 'sexual harassment, sexual violence, prostitution, and domestic violence' and to foster a healthy workplace culture.

The training was conducted as a customized integrated violence prevention education, focusing on high-ranking officials of grade 5 and above, with instructor Kim Sun-hee from the Jeonnam Women and Family Foundation invited to cover topics such as the duties and roles of managers in preventing the 'Four Major Violences.'
Governor Kim San stated, “Through this violence prevention training, we will do our best to create a healthy workplace free from sexual harassment and to build a safe society without violence.”
