This 6-minute video was co-planned with 'Daesang' and is being widely shared with domestic and international netizens through YouTube and social media platforms. The video has drawn particular attention due to the participation of Chef An, who served as a judge on Netflix's 'The Great Black and White Chef.' Chef An not only appeared in the video but also provided the narration.

Chef An Seongjae is said to have had a deep interest in traditional Korean jang. He joined the project to help widely promote the infinite potential and value of jang.

The main focus of the video is on four gochujang artisans from Sunchang County who have carried on the tradition. The video sincerely captures their lives and stories in an interview format.

Regarding this, Professor Seokyungdeok stated, "Interest in Korean cuisine is heating up all over the world," adding, "This is the perfect time to introduce jang, a fundamental ingredient of Korean food, to the global community."

He continued, "We will continue to carry out a 'global campaign' using various content to further promote 'Korea's jang fermentation culture' worldwide."
