As of November 4, Mirae Asset holds a total of KRW 27.7 trillion in retirement pension reserves. This includes KRW 6.4408 trillion in DB-type, KRW 11.1644 trillion in DC-type, and KRW 10.053 trillion in IRP accounts.
In particular, Mirae Asset has signed a business agreement with the Korea Workers' Compensation & Welfare Service to manage retirement pension assets. It performs asset management services for small businesses with fewer than 30 employees and provides various services to support retirement security for vulnerable workers.
Mirae Asset offers a variety of non-face-to-face (online) financial education content for pension subscribers. Through its official YouTube channel, ‘Smart Money,’ it provides diverse pension-related content to resolve questions about pension asset management and investment. The mobile application ‘M-STOCK’ allows efficient asset management anytime and anywhere.
Above all, the greatest advantage is that it secures the largest product lineup in the country. It offers over 1,800 diverse products including funds, ETFs (Exchange-Traded Funds), REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts), and over-the-counter bonds.
Subscribers who have difficulty selecting products can utilize the retirement pension ‘MP (Model Portfolio)’ subscription service. The Mirae Asset Asset Allocation Committee regularly provides portfolios suitable for investors’ risk profiles, teaching systematic asset allocation methods.
Additionally, by using the robo-advisor service, subscribers can receive promising stock picks and personalized portfolios. Furthermore, Mirae Asset has enhanced accessibility to a wide range of products by being the first in the industry to establish ETF/ETN, listed REIT trading services, and over-the-counter bond online trading services.
Moreover, it provides differentiated services through various education programs, actuarial evaluations, and IT systems. These include retirement pension and retirement education programs, K-IFRS (Korean International Financial Reporting Standards) retirement benefit actuarial evaluation reports, yield monitoring analysis systems, retirement income tax simulation consulting, and retirement pension collateral setting services.
