Aftermath of Martial Law... 'President Resignation Rally' Also in Gyeongnam

The emergency martial law, declared for the first time in 45 years, was lifted after 6 hours at the request of the National Assembly, but the aftermath is intense, with rallies demanding the president's resignation held in major cities nationwide.


In Gyeongnam as well, a Gyeongnam National Situation Rally demanding the president's resignation and arrest was held from the morning of the 4th.

The Yoon Seok-yeol Resignation Gyeongnam Movement Headquarters held a propaganda campaign at 7 a.m., an emergency rally at 9 a.m., and then held a Democratic Protection Emergency Action Gyeongnam National Situation Rally in front of Changwon City Hall at 5 p.m., demanding the president's impeachment.


Afterwards, they marched from the City Hall square to the Sangnam-dong Fountain Square.


The headquarters plans to continue the rallies with citizen speeches on the 5th and 6th and intends to participate in the rally near Gwanghwamun, Seoul, scheduled for the 7th.
