The distribution industry introduced new products on the 4th. HiteJinro released goods in collaboration with Spigen Korea's new brand 'Festiver.' Nihonshu Korea launched a line of alcoholic beverages called Sawa at convenience stores. In the hotel industry, Lotte Hotel unveiled a package linked to an exhibition showcasing rare jewelry.

HiteJinro, ‘Kelly X Festiver Collaboration Goods’

To welcome the New Year 2025, HiteJinro is launching ‘Kelly X Festiver Goods’ in collaboration with Festiver, a fandom platform and new brand by Spigen Korea. In 2019 and 2020, HiteJinro and Spigen received positive consumer responses through various goods collaborations using Jinro brand’s main color and the toad character. This collaboration adds differentiated designs to items mainly consumed by the MZ (Millennial + Gen Z) generation, the primary target audience of Kelly Ju.

The goods include six types of smartphone cases and laptop pouches. Pre-orders will be available from midnight on the 6th through the official Festiver store and Naver brand store, and from the 18th, sales will begin on various online platforms including Festiver’s official channels, Musinsa, Tida Stationery Store, and Kakao Gift.

Targeting Convenience Store Sawa Market… Nihonshu Korea’s Three Sawanomoto Varieties

Japanese liquor distributor Nihonshu Korea is introducing three types of the Sawanomoto series at convenience stores such as GS25, CU, and Emart24. The Sawanomoto series available at convenience stores includes Ginger Sawanomoto, Shiso Sawanomoto, and Cola Sawanomoto. Ginger Sawa is made from 100% premium ginger sourced from Kochi Prefecture, a renowned ginger-producing region, offering a refreshing and fresh flavor combined with the unique spicy stimulation of ginger. Shiso Sawa uses fresh ‘Akashiso’ to differentiate the raw materials. Cola Sawa uses lemons and limes grown in Seto City, Aichi Prefecture, resulting in high sweetness and smooth acidity. A Nihonshu Korea representative said, "Unlike previously released Sawa products which are canned ready-to-drink items, the Sawanomoto series comes in 500mL large-capacity concentrate. One pack can make 10 drinks (based on 200mL per drink), making it highly cost-effective."

Lotte Hotel & Resort, ‘The Art of Jewelry’ Exhibition Linked Package

Lotte Hotel & Resort is offering a room package linked to the jewelry collection exhibition of world-renowned jewelry collector Kazumi Arikawa. Kazumi Arikawa is one of the world’s most famous jewelry collectors, having traveled the world for over 40 years collecting more than 500 pieces of jewelry. From December 6th to March 16th next year, the ‘The Art of Jewelry’ exhibition at Lotte Museum will showcase over 200 rare jewels and jewelry pieces from Arikawa’s collection. The exhibition features rare historical jewelry including a Valerio Velli cross, of which only three exist worldwide, an olive gold crown made in 330 BC, and the jewelry collection of Russia’s Catherine the Great.

Lotte Hotel & Resort will sell the package linked to this exhibition at eight domestic chain hotels (Signiel Seoul, Lotte Hotel Seoul·World, L7 Myeongdong·Hongdae·Gangnam by Lotte, Lotte City Hotel Mapo·Myeongdong). The package includes one night’s stay and two exhibition tickets. The sales period is until March 15th, and the stay period is from December 6th to March 16th.
