Adult lifelong learning clubs composed of five or more residents who conduct regular learning activities at least twice a month are eligible to apply. Hwacheon-gun will accept club support applications until the 19th.
The support period is 48 weeks, from January 13 to December 14.

The support covers 70% of the instructor fee per hour, and up to 80% for new clubs.
Arranging necessary instructors and venues can be autonomously managed according to the club's internal regulations.
The instructor fee support project for clubs has high participant satisfaction because clubs are formed by members sharing interest in the same field, fostering a strong sense of intimacy.
As residents' learning needs are diverse, clubs are also varied. This year, many residents are participating in instrument clubs such as saxophone, acoustic guitar, pungmul, and flute, as well as clubs for art, crafts, language, and poetry recitation.

Hwacheon-gun plans to promote workshops to strengthen the capabilities of club representatives, while also providing opportunities for clubs to self-assess their growth stages, explore development directions, and consider their roles in the local community.
Additionally, Hwacheon-gun holds an annual adult lifelong learning club presentation to showcase the skills that members have honed.
Choi Moon-soon, Governor of Hwacheon-gun, stated, “We will continue to support residents so that they can receive lifelong learning education they desire without burden.”
