Gyeonggi Province is conducting a year-end appreciation event until the 15th to encourage interest and participation in the Hometown Love Donation Program.
Implemented since January last year, the 'Hometown Love Donation Program' allows individuals to donate to their hometown or any desired local government (city/province, city/county/district) excluding their current place of residence, receiving tax credit benefits along with local specialty products as thank-you gifts.

Donations up to 100,000 KRW are fully tax-deductible, and 16.5% tax credit is applied to the excess amount. Thank-you gifts are provided within 30% of the donation amount.
Gyeonggi Province will randomly select 100 people who donate 100,000 KRW or more to Gyeonggi by the 15th, and in addition to the existing tax credit benefits and selectable thank-you gifts, will provide commemorative gifts worth about 15,000 KRW, including Suchangmi rice, Meokgol pear and bellflower root gift sets, travel organizers, portable chargers, and Bonggong-i doll keyrings.
To participate in the event, visit the ‘Hometown Love e-Eum’ website (ilovegohyang.go.kr) or visit a nearby Nongchuk Cooperative or Nonghyup Bank to donate to Gyeonggi Province, then submit the donation certification via the QR code on the poster.
