Dongdaemun-gu 'Year-End Trot Grand Festival' Held

An exciting year-end trot festival for the residents of Dongdaemun-gu in 2024 is about to take place.

Dongdaemun-gu (Mayor Lee Pil-hyung) announced on the 8th that it will hold the ‘2024 Dongdaemun-gu Year-end Trot Grand Festival’ at the Dongdaemun-gu Gymnasium (210-3 Dapsimni-ro).

This festival will be filled with performances by local artists and popular trot singers. In the first part, 10 teams active in the region will participate and present lively trot performances for two hours, and in the second part, trot singers Shin Yu and Kim Na-hee will appear for a special performance.

The district planned the festival to provide residents with an enjoyable time and to offer local artists a stage for exchange and activities.

The festival, which is free for all seats, will operate on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 3 PM on the 8th. For more details, contact the Culture and Tourism Division of Dongdaemun-gu Office or check the official Dongdaemun-gu website.
