On the 2nd, Hyundai Steel's Dangjin Steelworks donated 5 million won to the Dangjin City Welfare Foundation for local youth. This brings the total cumulative donation amount to 35 million won.

This donation will be used for "Narae Wardrobe," a free suit rental service for young people, operated by Dangjin Youth Town under Dangjin City.

"Narae Wardrobe" is a project launched in November 2021 by Dangjin City, Hyundai Steel Co., and the Dangjin City Welfare Foundation to reduce clothing expenses for young people preparing for employment or starting a business.

"Narae Wardrobe" is equipped with a total of 69 suit sets (154 pieces including jackets and pants).

Any youth aged 19 to 39 who resides in Dangjin or is enrolled (including on leave of absence) at a university in Dangjin can use the service free of charge for one time, for three nights and four days, with no limit on the number of uses.

A city official stated, "As of the end of November 2024, a total of 325 young people have rented suits through Narae Wardrobe," and added, "We hope that through this project, even more young people can prepare for important moments without financial burden."

Youth wishing to rent a suit should access the "Dangjin Youth Town Narae" website at least two days before the desired date of use, fill out the application form, receive a reservation confirmation text message, and then visit Dangjin Youth Town Narae.
