The Anti-Corruption Crime Investigation Unit of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency announced on the morning of the 3rd that they were conducting a search and seizure at the headquarters of Seoului Sori located in Yeongdeungpo-gu, West Seoul.
This search and seizure is reported to be related to defamation charges under the Information and Communications Network Act involving Pastor Choi Jaeyoung and former Presidential Office administrator Kim Daenam.
Earlier, Seoului Sori had released a recorded phone conversation in July in which former senior administrator Kim Daenam of the Presidential Office, ahead of the People Power Party leadership election, said, "Attack candidate Han Donghoon," and "Mrs. Kim Geonhee will like it."
