Gyeonggi-do's Building Administration Strengthening Evaluation Selected as Excellent Institution for 4 Consecutive Years

Paju City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Kim Kyung-il) announced on the 3rd that it was selected as the 'Best' institution in the '2024 Gyeonggi-do Architectural Administration Solidification Evaluation' conducted on the 27th of last month targeting 31 cities and counties in Gyeonggi-do, receiving an excellent institution award for four consecutive years.
The 'Architectural Administration Solidification Evaluation' is an annual evaluation covering all aspects of architectural administration, including the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's architectural administration evaluation, government joint evaluation, Gyeonggi-do's key policy implementation performance, and its own excellent policies.
Paju City received high scores in the evaluation items of 'Promotion of Green Remodeling of Public Buildings' and 'Implementation of Gyeonggi-do Priority Project Policies,' and the 'Civil Service Administrative Service 2·5·7 System' was evaluated as an 'Excellent Policy,' leading to its selection as the 'Best' institution.
Paju City has been selected as an excellent institution in the Architectural Administration Solidification Evaluation for four consecutive years from 2021 to 2024, and especially solidified its position as an excellent local government in architectural administration by being selected as 'Best' this year following a 'Commendation' last year.
Through this evaluation, Paju City plans to once again strengthen the substance of architectural administration and share excellent policy cases of other cities and counties, striving to provide architectural services that citizens can feel.
Mayor Kim Kyung-il of Paju City said, "Being selected as the 'Best' institution in the Architectural Administration Solidification Evaluation is the result of the efforts of the architectural administration staff and related public officials," adding, "As our architectural administration capabilities have been recognized externally, we will continue to listen more, work harder, and empathize more to provide architectural administration services that satisfy citizens."
