[Hot Stock] VT Surges on Additional Acquisition of E&C Shares

VT is soaring on news that it has additionally acquired shares of E&C.

According to the Korea Exchange on the 3rd, at 9:22 a.m., VT was trading at 30,900 won, up 9.96% (2,800 won) from the previous day.

The day before, VT Cosmetics announced that it would additionally acquire shares of its consolidated subsidiary, E&C. After the acquisition, VT's stake will increase to 55.67%. VT incorporated E&C as a consolidated subsidiary by acquiring its shares in July.

The reason VT additionally accumulated shares is interpreted as a move to flexibly respond to increasing demand. Accordingly, investment sentiment has expanded on expectations that market competitiveness will be strengthened.
