On Tuesday the 3rd, cold air will move southward from the north, causing morning temperatures to drop by about 5 to 10 degrees compared to the previous day (0~9 degrees).

Strong winds will also blow, making the perceived temperature even lower, so it is important to take care of your health.
Morning temperatures will be below 0 degrees in most areas nationwide (below -5 degrees in inland northern Gyeonggi and inland/mountain areas of Gangwon), and daytime temperatures will remain below 5 degrees mainly in the central regions (below 0 degrees in the Gangwon mountain areas).
The morning low temperatures are forecasted to be between -8 and 6 degrees, and the daytime high temperatures between 3 and 12 degrees.
Snow accumulation is present mainly in the metropolitan area, Gangwon Yeongseo, and northern Chungcheong, and as temperatures drop, many places will have icy roads and frozen patches on the streets.
There will be occasional clouds nationwide, and from the afternoon, the central regions (excluding Gangwon Yeongdong) and Jeju Island will gradually become cloudy.
From night until the morning of the 4th, there will be rain or snow in Incheon, southern Gyeonggi, Daejeon, Sejong, Chungnam, Chungbuk, and Jeonbuk. Expected precipitation is less than 5 mm, and expected snowfall is around 1 cm.
In the morning, the northwestern parts of Jeonnam and Jeonbuk, and from night until the morning of the 4th, Seoul and southern Gangwon Yeongseo will see raindrops less than 0.1 mm or snow flurries less than 0.1 cm.
Fine dust levels will be 'Good' nationwide due to smooth atmospheric dispersion.
In most areas nationwide, winds will be strong with gusts reaching around 55 km/h (70 km/h in mountainous areas).
In the early morning, winds will also become very strong at 25~60 km/h in the northern offshore areas of the southern East Sea, with very high waves.
Sea waves will range from 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the near seas of the East and West Seas, and from 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the near seas of the South Sea.
Wave heights in the outer offshore areas (about 200 km from the coastline) are predicted to be 1.0~4.0 meters in the East Sea, 1.0~3.5 meters in the West Sea, and 1.0~2.5 meters in the South Sea.
