Chuncheon City Health Center to Operate Periodontal Clinic for Examinees Until January Next Year
Scaling Treatment, Fluoride Application, Oral Examination... Also Provides Oral Care Education

"Examinees, bring your exam admission ticket to receive scaling treatment and learn how to care for your teeth."

Chuncheon City, Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province (Mayor Yuk Dong-han) announced on the 2nd that the Chuncheon City Public Health Center will operate a periodontal clinic for examinees until January next year. The periodontal clinic was established out of concern for the oral health of examinees who may have neglected it while preparing for the College Scholastic Ability Test (CSAT). Last year, the clinic operated for two months and provided services to 48 examinees.

In addition to scaling treatment to address early gum disease, services include fluoride application for cavity prevention, oral examinations, and education on oral care methods.

This program is operated at the Oral Health Center within the Chuncheon City Public Health Center, and services can be received by making a prior phone reservation and visiting with the exam admission ticket.
