AI Media Tech Company Junto Hosts Exhibition Commemorating 140th Anniversary of Korea-Italy Diplomatic Relations

South Korea and Italy, peninsular countries representing Asia and Europe respectively, have celebrated the 140th anniversary of diplomatic relations. Artists from both countries commemorate their long-standing friendship and harmony by presenting 3D media artworks embodying the symbolism of their cultures, including tradition, mythology, history, and nature.

The exhibition will be integrated into the daily lives of citizens through an offline display from November 21 to December 5 at Incheon International Airport Terminal 1 and KTX Daejeon Station, as well as an online exhibition via the YouTube channel and website.

Under the title , the exhibition features artists from Korea and Italy expressing friendship through three themes: craft, sculpture, and patterns.

, created by Choi Mi-geun, a media artist with the most advanced sensibility in AI ART, showcases a new direction for media art generated and produced by AI. In a scene from by Italian media artist Mattia Casalegno, Italy’s perspective on Korea’s Seokguram Grotto is newly interpreted, offering a familiar yet fresh stimulus.

Additionally, by Han Green, a media artist who utilizes traditional Korean dancheong patterns from hanok and majolica tile patterns from southern Italy, provides an opportunity to experience the richness of colors through media art.

This exhibition, jointly promoted by KoreaRound Culture and FromA (CEO Kang Ki-young), which provides intelligent complex solutions across various projects, was planned and produced by Junto (CEO Ji Hye-cheon), known for its high-level technology in the AI media tech advertising industry, and SARAHCROWN (CEO Sarah Corona, Italian nationality), a New York-based art strategy consulting firm.
