Daishin Securities forecasted on the 2nd that Seojin System will benefit from the rapid growth of the global energy storage system (ESS) market.
Jangwook Park, a researcher at Daishin Securities, explained, "According to Energy Insights, in 8 out of 9 regions in the United States, the capacity of power generation and storage waiting to be connected exceeds the currently operating capacity." He added, "In California, the capacity of facilities on standby is 6.5 times the capacity currently in operation," and "the Western region is 3.3 times, and New York is 2.8 times."
Researcher Park analyzed, "Most of the capacity on standby consists of solar and wind power facilities, making the expansion of storage capacity essential due to the increasing share of renewable energy."
He emphasized, "It is estimated that next year, sales will reach 1.9096 trillion KRW and operating profit will be 213.6 billion KRW," adding, "In addition to the ESS sector, the semiconductor equipment sector, which has benefited from the de-China trend, is expected to lead performance improvement."
