SPC Group Announces Regular Executive Appointments... Samlip Hwang Jong-hyun and Kim Beom-su to Serve as Co-CEOs

SPC Group announced its regular executive appointments for 2024 on the 1st. The key themes for SPC Group's personnel changes this year are 'Change and Innovation, Field-Centered Management, and Strengthening Global Business.'

SPC Group has changed SPC Samlip to a co-CEO system and promoted Executive Director Kim Beom-su to co-CEO and Vice President. The existing President Hwang Jong-hyun will oversee mid- to long-term business strategies and external affairs such as M&A and global business, while the newly appointed CEO Kim Beom-su will be responsible for business operations and internal management to proactively respond to the changing environment. At Paris Croissant, Executive Director Kim Seong-han was promoted to Vice President to continue driving change and innovation.

Additionally, to strengthen field-centered management and establish safe workplaces, production center heads were promoted, and executives were newly appointed to overseas subsidiaries to further empower global business.
