The Support Headquarters is composed of the Disaster Recovery Support Bureau Chief of the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, and includes the Recovery Support General Team, Disaster Relief and Psychological Support Team, Recovery Assistance Team, and Disaster Resource Support Team. To ensure the affected areas stabilize quickly, they will manage the emergency restoration of large-scale damaged facilities such as vinyl greenhouses and livestock barns, and carry out relief activities for disaster victims staying in temporary housing facilities.

Administrative and financial support will also be provided to ensure disaster relief funds for casualties and other damages are distributed promptly. Currently, local governments are receiving damage reports and conducting on-site investigations. Once the investigations are completed, the government plans to review the declaration of special disaster zones for areas that meet the recovery support criteria through a central joint government investigation.

Lee Hangyeong, Director of the Disaster Safety Management Headquarters at the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, stated, "The government plans to operate the Recovery Support Headquarters until the affected areas are stabilized through recovery and restoration," adding, "We will work with related ministries and local governments to ensure swift and practical support for the victims."
