Expected precipitation amounts are around 5mm in Jeju Island, and less than 5mm in Incheon, Gyeonggi West Coast, West Sea Five Islands, and Chungnam West Coast. Light raindrops less than 0.1mm are expected in the northern Gyeonggi and Jeolla coastal areas from late afternoon to evening.

The morning low temperature is expected to be between -3 and 9 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high temperature between 8 and 16 degrees Celsius. In the central region and inland Gyeongbuk area, morning temperatures will drop below 0 degrees Celsius, raising the possibility of water freezing.

Fine dust concentration is expected to be 'Good' to 'Moderate' nationwide due to smooth atmospheric dispersion. From late night on the 30th to the morning of the 1st, dense fog with visibility less than 200 meters will occur in inland eastern Gyeonggi, inland Gangwon, inland Chungcheong, inland Jeolla, inland Gyeongbuk, and inland western Gyeongnam, while other inland areas and Gangwon mountain areas will experience fog with visibility less than 1 kilometer.

In the East Sea offshore, winds will blow very strongly at speeds of 25 to 60 km/h, and waves will be very high. Thunder and lightning may occur in the central West Sea in the afternoon, so caution is required for maritime safety accidents.

Wave heights are expected to be 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the East Sea and West Sea nearshore waters, and 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the South Sea nearshore waters. In the outer offshore waters (approximately within 200 km from the coastline), wave heights are predicted to be 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the East Sea, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the West Sea and South Sea.
