Hyundai Motor Securities announced on the 29th that it will hold a special macroeconomic outlook series titled ‘New Normal Open Class’ next year to listen to expert opinions on the rapidly changing domestic and international investment environment and prepare accordingly, together with its employees.
This ‘New Normal Open Class’ is a special series consisting of four sessions, starting on December 5th with Professor Park Hyundo of Sogang University presenting ‘Middle East Situation and the Global Economy.’ On December 12th, Hyundai Motor Securities economist Choi Jemin will give a lecture on ‘Economic Outlook for 2025,’ followed by Mizuho Bank executive director Byun Jungkyu’s ‘Financial Market Outlook for 2025’ on January 9th, and on January 16th, Lee Kwangsu, CEO of Kwangsune Bokdeokbang, will speak on ‘How to Buy Real Estate?’
The ‘New Normal Open Class’ is an untact lecture program for employees that invites distinguished figures from various fields to discuss diverse topics such as innovation, investment, and healing. Since its revamp in September 2021 during the COVID-19 period, the program has continued for three years, with cumulative participation exceeding approximately 5,000 people. Real-time online communication with lecturers is possible, resulting in high employee satisfaction; the participant satisfaction survey conducted after each lecture recorded an average score of 4.4 out of 5.
A Hyundai Motor Securities official stated, “The abundant knowledge and insights gained from the New Normal Open Class can be connected not only to the employees themselves but also to their work, delivering ideas that provide customers with diverse investment experiences.” He added, “We will continue to prepare lectures on topics that can enrich the thoughts and perspectives of our employees.”
