This construction project, aimed at improving the traffic environment around Opo Bridge and Yangchon Intersection, involved a total budget of approximately 250 million KRW for ramp lane expansion, deck installation, and road resurfacing.

In particular, the ramp lane towards Yangchon Intersection on National Road No. 45 has been expanded by one additional lane, which is expected to resolve bottlenecks at the ramp entrance and exit and improve vehicle flow.

Additionally, new sidewalks and decks have been installed at the entrance and exit of Opo Sports Park, significantly enhancing pedestrian safety.

Furthermore, through the resurfacing of roads around the ramps, a more pleasant road environment can be provided to citizens, which is expected to greatly improve the mobility convenience for local residents.

Mayor Bang Se-hwan expressed his gratitude to the local residents for their understanding during the construction period and for waiting until completion, stating, "We will continue to do our best to expand road traffic infrastructure through ongoing urban planning road development projects to ensure there is no inconvenience to citizens."
