'Award Ceremony for the "One Line Respect Plus Relay Challenge"'

The National Honam Biosphere Reserve under the Ministry of Environment held an awards ceremony for the 'One Line Respect Plus Relay Challenge' on the 28th, recognizing four outstanding departments.

This challenge was an internal campaign conducted until the 14th to promote a culture of mutual respect among employees and foster a cooperative organizational atmosphere, with 18 departments of the institution participating. The grand prize message selected was "Communication instead of power abuse, respect instead of disregard."

The winning department expressed in their acceptance speech, "Participating in this challenge allowed us to once again realize how important a culture of mutual respect is within the organization," and added, "We will continue to take the lead in practicing the values of respect and consideration."

Through this challenge, the National Honam Biosphere Reserve strengthened communication and cooperation within the organization and created an opportunity to further spread a culture of respect among employees.
