Kim Seung-nam, President of Gwangju Urban Corporation, continued his on-site visits by sequentially visiting rental housing management offices managed by the corporation over four days until the 28th. This visit was conducted to ensure the safety of residents ahead of the winter season and to directly listen to the difficulties faced on-site.

President Kim visited the management offices of each complex, communicating with staff and focusing on identifying challenges arising in the management field. In particular, this inspection emphasized thoroughly checking heating facilities, electrical and gas safety conditions, and support measures for vulnerable groups in preparation for winter.

During the visit schedule, he also conducted an integrity pledge performance with the management office staff, sharing a commitment to fair and transparent work execution.

President Kim stated, “Ensuring the safety of residents and creating a comfortable living environment are our top priorities,” adding, “Since difficulties for vulnerable groups may increase during the winter season, we will prepare practical measures on-site.”
