Meeting Outstanding Win-Win Cooperation Companies to Hear On-Site Opinions
The Ministry of SMEs and Startups announced on the 28th that it held a meeting with outstanding win-win cooperation companies at the Korea Technology Finance Corporation in the 63 Building, Seoul. The meeting was organized to promote and spread excellent cases of win-win cooperation in celebration of Win-Win Growth Week and to gather on-site opinions on policies for win-win cooperation between large and small and medium-sized enterprises.
Prior to the meeting, a presentation on the ‘Win-Win Honors’ model, an excellent example of win-win growth, was conducted. Win-Win Honors is an excellent case selected by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups for win-win growth activities promoted as one team between large corporations or public institutions and cooperating SMEs, with a total of 30 teams selected to date this year. The presentation introduced the case of ‘Joint Development of Transparent Display Components’ by LG Electronics and SemiSolution, and the case of ‘Development of AI Power Plant Diagnostic System’ by Korea Western Power and Roas.

In the subsequent meeting, large corporations, mid-sized and small enterprises, public institutions, major cooperatives and associations, and related experts presented various opinions on the direction of win-win cooperation policy implementation. The government stated that it plans to actively reflect the presented opinions in future policies for win-win cooperation between large and small and medium-sized enterprises.
Minister Oh Young-joo of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups said, “The recent rapid changes in the global economic environment demand changes to the existing win-win cooperation policies that have been pursued so far,” and added, “From the past reliance on unilateral and benevolent support from manufacturing large corporations, the government will strive to spread a new culture of win-win growth where all economic actors, including large and small and medium-sized enterprises, work and grow together.”
