MoaData (CEO Sangjin Han) announced on the 27th that it has signed a strategic business partnership agreement with China's Ruiyuan Health Industry Group to provide AIOps products and digital healthcare services.
Through this agreement, MoaData will collaborate on the sales and distribution of its AI software systems and solutions to financial institutions in China. In the healthcare sector, it will cooperate on the sales, distribution, and localization of AI-based digital healthcare jointly developed with MediAge, health and disease prediction products based on medical data, health insurance underwriting technologies/services, and coverage analysis technologies/services to hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes within China.
Currently, China is experiencing growing interest in anti-aging and wellness industries through health management and prevention due to aging population and income growth. The digital healthcare market is rapidly expanding, with various health products and services being launched; however, there has been no verification standard for how effective these are for consumers. To overcome these limitations, Ruiyuan Health Industry Group selected MoaData, which possesses digital healthcare services and solutions integrated with AI technology, as its partner.
Ruiyuan Health Industry Group is a subsidiary specializing in healthcare under Ruiyuan Holdings Group, which operates businesses in construction, smart devices, healthcare, manufacturing, real estate, and finance. Ruiyuan Holdings Group is one of the top 100 companies in Shandong Province, recording approximately 6 trillion KRW in sales in 2023.
Since December, both companies have been conducting working-level meetings to enter the Chinese market and plan to launch products and services suitable for the Chinese market by integrating with Ruiyuan Holdings Group’s businesses.
Sangjin Han, CEO of MoaData, stated, “Through this agreement, our goal is to lay the foundation for entering the Chinese market by integrating our AI-based healthcare technology with the distribution network and ongoing businesses of Ruiyuan Holdings Group, thereby securing a leading position in the Chinese digital healthcare market.”
