New WON Banking has enhanced personalized services. It provides an integrated, user-centered view not only of Woori Bank accounts but also accounts from other financial companies, and offers customized information by analyzing customers' assets and consumption patterns. The consultation function has also been strengthened. It offers integrated consultation that connects AI consultants and dedicated human consultants on a single screen, as well as a feature that finds desired information even with non-banking terms or typos.

New financial services have also been included. New WON Banking introduced 'account splitting,' allowing users to divide a single account according to usage purposes without opening new accounts. Additionally, it implements universal banking by enabling the use of products and services from Woori Financial Group companies.

With the launch of New WON Banking by Woori Financial Group, all four major financial holding companies in Korea (KB, Shinhan, Hana, and Woori) have now established super apps. A Woori Bank official stated, "New WON Banking has improved usability and added various customer-friendly features," adding, "We plan to continue updating the app to provide better services by actively reflecting customer inconveniences and offering user-centered services."
