Aprogen to Acquire 60.2 Billion KRW Worth of GeoLit Energy Shares... 24.1% Stake Planned

Aprogen announced on the 27th that it will acquire 44,841,699 shares of Georit Energy, an energy equipment and service company, for approximately 60.2 billion KRW.

After the acquisition, Aprogen's stake in Georit Energy will be 24.1%. The scheduled date for the stock acquisition is June 14 of next year.

Aprogen stated that the purpose of this stock acquisition is to "secure new growth engines through new technologies."
