DI Dongil announced on the 27th that it will additionally acquire 487,500 shares of its affiliate Dongil Aluminum for approximately 30.7 billion KRW.
After the stock acquisition, DI Dongil's stake in Dongil Aluminum will be 99.8%. The scheduled date for the stock acquisition is the 29th.
DI Dongil stated that the purpose of this stock acquisition is "to improve management efficiency and strengthen control."
