Direct Sourcing Recruitment Solution BoltX Helps Startups Solve Legal and Accounting Challenges [‘BoltX Monthly Seminar’_Provided by BoltX]

Coffechat (CEO: Park Sang-woo), the operator of the direct sourcing-based recruitment solution ‘BoltX,’ announced on the 27th that it will hold the ‘BoltX Monthly Seminar’ on the 5th of next month at Maru360 located in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu. This seminar, organized to provide solutions for legal and accounting issues that startups may face, will be held free of charge.

The December BoltX Monthly Seminar targets startup CEOs and C-level executives, as well as personnel in finance, accounting, legal, and personal information fields. The program includes various sessions such as ▲Privacy protection issues for startups, ▲Accounting and tax strategies during startup investment attraction and exit processes, ▲Q&A sessions, ▲Free consulting, and ▲Open networking time. The lecture sessions will be conducted respectively by Sejong Law Firm and Ark Accounting Corporation.

The legal session will be led by Partner Lawyer Park Jun-yong of Sejong Law Firm, one of Korea’s ‘Big 5’ law firms. This lecture is designed for startups struggling with personal information management and protection, covering in detail legal responsibilities and responses to personal information leakage incidents, as well as the scope of personal information collection and use. Through this, it aims to provide practical information to help startup operators comply with legal obligations related to personal information. Given the recent rise in information protection importance due to cases of personal information leakage caused by AI trained on sensitive data, this session is expected to be useful for companies seeking to strengthen their personal information management capabilities.

The accounting session will be led by Kwon Ik-sang, CEO accountant of Ark Accounting Corporation, which provides optimal solutions specialized for startups. By covering the ‘A to Z’ of accounting and tax processing required during startup investment attraction and exit stages, it plans to help startup personnel accurately understand the principles of complex accounting and taxation and apply them in practice.

The BoltX Monthly Seminar supports startup growth by inviting experts from various fields to provide case-based insights, free consulting, and networking opportunities. In October, BoltX and Mark & Company co-hosted a seminar to help startups strengthen recruitment capabilities and develop professional financial management skills.

Park Sang-woo, CEO of Coffechat, the operator of BoltX, said, “We are pleased to provide a venue through the upcoming December monthly seminar where we can address the concerns and problems faced by startups together,” adding, “We plan to continue offering multifaceted support for startup stakeholders from C-level executives to operational staff.”
