Budget phone provider 'First Mobile' announced on the 27th the launch of a total care service exclusively for the elderly called 'Annyeong Care.'
First Mobile's Annyeong Care service includes three main features: ▲'Safety Service,' which prevents risky calls such as phone financial scams and sends alert messages to guardians ▲'Check-in Service,' which makes regular welfare calls to elderly customers ▲'Neighbor Service,' which visits and assists with daily tasks such as grocery shopping, hospital accompaniment, and help with using digital devices.
The service can be applied for by installing the 'Annyeong Application' of Annyeong Care. A customer representative, known as the 'Annyeong Man,' directly communicates with customers and visits them to resolve issues, which is a distinctive feature. Various promotions such as discounted rates and free devices are also offered to new customers who port their numbers.
