Haitai is selling the cookie Butterring 'Deep Tiramisu' and 'Deep Red Velvet,' which contain winter cakes Tiramisu and Red Velvet, as limited editions of 200,000 units each throughout December. This is the first time Butterring has introduced a premium cookie as a winter season edition. Deep Tiramisu is a product that adds mascarpone cheese and coffee to tiramisu. The company explained that it uses decaffeinated coffee, so anyone can enjoy it without burden. Deep Red Velvet is a product that recreates the harmony of red cake bread and white cream cheese. Both editions are made by spreading cream cheese made from eco-friendly Danish milk on the cookies. A Haitai Confectionery official said, "The packaging features Christmas wreaths and trees that evoke a strong year-end feeling, giving the impression of handmade cookies from a high-end dessert specialty store."

Drinks and Desserts Using Seasonal Fruit Strawberry

Compose Coffee is launching six new winter seasonal fruit strawberry-based drinks and desserts. The new menu includes ▲Fresh Strawberry Mochi Milkshake ▲Fresh Strawberry Ganache Latte ▲Fresh Strawberry Juice ▲Fresh Strawberry Mango Iced Tea ▲Fresh Strawberry Lemongrass Tea ▲Carp-shaped Dikman Cookie. These items use 100% domestically grown strawberries and add visual enjoyment with strawberry mochi, strawberry ganache, and domestic fresh strawberry toppings. A Compose Coffee official said, "We have launched six new menu items that use 100% domestically grown strawberries, adding not only taste but also texture and visual enjoyment," and added, "Compose Coffee will continue to quickly reflect consumers' diverse needs and consistently introduce various high-quality seasonal menus that satisfy all five senses."

Ramen with Recipe Ideas from Hibap

7-Eleven is exclusively releasing 'Lucky Hibap Kimchi Ramen' in collaboration with mukbang creator Hibap. Hibap personally proposed the recipe idea and participated in development meetings. The golden ratio recipe was created through about 20 rounds of revisions and improvements. It was developed with the concept of "spicy and refreshing broth." In particular, the name Lucky Hibap combines the number 7, symbolizing 7-Eleven's 'Lucky Seven,' and 'Hibap.' Starting with this product, 7-Eleven plans to expand collaborative products developed with Hibap into various categories. To commemorate the launch of Lucky Hibap Kimchi Ramen, 7-Eleven will hold a 2+1 promotion throughout December.
